Kelly Rowland was spotted out getting coffee this week (Nov 27) and there's a huge diamond ring on her hand!
US Weekly reports that she's going to marry her manager Tim Witherspoon and she's uber excited.
Sources told US Weekly and Kelly Rowland can't stop showing the ring off to family and friends. There isn't a rush on setting up wedding arrangements because Kelly wants to "enjoy [it] and celebrate a bit longer."
Go 'head girl, get yourself a man!

Solange sent out a few tweets about her producer, Dev Hynes after reading a few reviews/interviews about her EP, TRUE. Press surrounding her EP states that Dev wrote and created most of the project, TRUE alone with Solange as his "vocal muse." Solange was not happy with that at all because she credits herself for the music she creates.
Here's what Solange tweeted:
When you do Tumblr posts, speak about things in interviews, tweet, issues then belong to the public. I have been minding my biz. I have only ever praised you and spoken about you positively, even when our perspectives were totally different. I still support your artistry & am extremely happy for your success. I just wished you were honest about the making of my album. That’s all I’m going to say on this. You know more than anyone n—as love drama. Also u know very well I have reached out. Bless. Ps: Your phone been going straight to VM for long time.
Dev also said something about this subtweet:
If you wanna take shots at me text me call me talk to me in person but don’t ever drop a subliminal, talk behind my back, or send a flunky. I’m doing myself. Ain’t nothing to do with anyone else, I’m about myself, like any self respecting human should be. We live & die alone. I have beef with no one. I won’t even mention your name ever again. Any of you. I’ve said my bit. I’ve reached out. I’ve praised you. But now it’s done. It’s over. We’re done. Bye.

Kandi Burruss told HipHopWired that she recalls signing a poor deal with So So Def in the platinum-selling group, Xscape.
“When we first signed to So So Def –I may be a little off- I think we only got like $12k to split between the four of us. Our deal was similar [to what TLC had] as far as the point structure. Most artists don’t make any money off of their album sales.
“I try to look at it from both sides. If you think about, So So Def, they took a chance on signing us. They didn’t know if we was going to blow up. They invested the money, the time and energy; if it wasn’t for that, we wouldn’t have no hit records and we wouldn’t be out there. It could have went the opposite. Maybe it wouldn’t have blown up and they’d just have money down the drain.”
Jada posted a status on her Facebook page that forced a few of her fans to look at her sideways.
Towards the end of the message, Jada writes that people “must not belong to the obedient” which felt like an anti-Christian comment to many.
Do you think some of her fans read too much into her comment?
Chicago Bulls fans were shocked to find out that Derrick Rose injured himself on the court once again (Nov 22). Last year, Derrick Rose had to sit out of the 2012-2013 NBA season from a torn ACL and he'll be out for the 2013-2014 season from a torn meniscus.
USA Today defines the role of the meniscus:
The meniscus acts as a cushion for knee bones, and without, the chance of early arthritis and other problems increase.
It was an MRI exam (Nov 23) that revealed that Derrick suffered from a torn meniscus on his right knee. This unexpected injury forces him to sit out the rest of the season as he enters rehabilitation. On Monday (Nov 25), Derrick had surgery on his right knee and it’s unclear how long it will take for Derrick to reach a full recovery.

D-Roc begged a judge to lower his child support payments from 2,500 a month to $550 a month. He humbly told the judge that his monthly income consists of 2,860 which makes it difficult for him to maintain payments. The judge honored his request and put him on a payment plan to pay off his back child support $45k.
Oh, the stuggles that come after the fame dwindles for a rapper.
