Usher Evicts Ex-Wife From Mansion

A month after Usher informed his ex-wife, Tameka Raymond, he would be evicting her in order to sell his
Georgia mansion, the singer has kept his promise, putting the home on the market
for $3.2 million.
Until now, Tameka was
allowed to live in the home as part of their 2009 divorce agreement. Under the
agreement, Usher retained his right to sell the property any time he wished, just as long as
he gave Raymond 60 days notice.
Usher purchased the 12,544 square-foot mansion for $3 million in 2007
while still married to Tameka. Last week, he officially put the property up for
sale. The massive home has six bedrooms, seven baths, 10-foot ceilings, a
massive pool, an in-home gym, four fireplaces and a library.
Tameka,
who runs her own small business, has had no comment about this development.
Kevin Clash, Voice of Elmo, Faces Sex Abuse Allegations

Tickle me, Elmo? Not anymore for Kevin Clash, the 50-something actor
who is the voice
behind the iconic Sesame Street character.
According to TMZ, Clash has taken a leave of absence from the
long-running children's show amid allegations that he had sexual relations with
a minor several years ago. Clash vehemently denies these
allegations.
Lawyers for Sesame Street recently met with a
23-year-old man who claims he had sexual relations with Clash when he was a
teenager. The network issued a statement regarding the claims: "In June of this
year, Sesame Workshop received a communication from a young man who alleged that
he had a relationship with Kevin Clash beginning when he was 16-years-old." The
statement continued, "this was a personal relationship, unrelated to the
workplace. We took the allegation very seriously and took immediate
action."
The young man's lawyers feel the Sesame Street team is
trying to strong arm their client, claiming they tried to "discredit the victim
in order to protect its employee and the image of one of its most valuable
characters," adding, "this approach places a greater value on a puppet than the
well-being of a young man."
As for Clash, he tells TMZ that he did
indeed know the accuser but that their relationship occured after he was of age:
"I had a relationship with [the accuser]. It was between two consenting adults
and I am deeply saddened that he is trying to make it into something it was
not."
Sesame Workshop has granted Clash a leave of absence while he
deals with his legal affairs, which begs the question, who will give a voice to
Elmo in the mean time?
Nicki Minaj Fires Back at Barbara Walters

Nicki Minaj is disappointed in Barbara Walters for reporting only Mariah Carey's side of their American Idol drama. Last month when Minaj and Carey clashed on the Idol set
Walters conveyed that the pop singer was forced to increase her security after
the rap star reportedly threatened her life. In the second installment of the
Young Money star's E! special, My Truth, she blasted The
View co-host for running with the story without contacting her.
"Am I not good enough for you to get my side because I'm a little Black girl
that raps?" said Minaj. "Because if I was J. Lo, you
would've called J. Lo's camp. But are we not good enough for you, Barbara? Cause
you wasn't even there when I was on the show, Barbara. So I guess I'm not good
enough but I'm only good enough for you to tell people I'm 'unpredictable,' when
you don't f---ing know me?"
The rapper felt slighted after Mariah told Barbara she said something about a
gun, despite Minaj's claims that Idol producers told the "Butterfly"
singer that it wasn't true. Regardless, fans will see the Pink Friday
rapper judge the show right beside her nemesis when the show kicks off in
January 2013.
Fantasia Addresses Nose Job Rumors

When MediaTakeOut published a rumor that Fantasia Barrino had gotten a nose job
based on an Instagram photo the singer had posted, she had to set the story
straight. Barrino, who posted the first photo of her and her friends while
hanging out in Vegas, replied to the allegation with another image of her posing and pointing at the nose that
came directly from her parents.
"This isn't for my IG family but for ALL the media:
so media takeout stated I had a nose job but once again the lies keep coming.
This time I brushed it off but wanted to say I am a TRUE black women with great
featured [sic] thanks to my mother & dad. I am on a serious wellness plan
& everything is steadily changing!! So don't stroke ME & THEN in same
sentence you attempt to tear ME down."
