Known for his heightened energy, flamboyant personality, and love for football, Marc the Prime was born Marcus Leverett in Rockford, Alabama where he first found his love for radio. A graduate of Coosa County High School and a former football player for the Auburn Tigers, you can catch this talent in orange and blue yelling “War Eagle” on any given day. Now 24 years later of working in radio, Marcus has an undeniable talent that takes him from DJ’ing shifts on HOT 105.7 and Magic 97.1 to hosting his own Football Fridays segment. Naturally, his favorite hobby is DJ’ing parties, but whenever there is free time he’s often spending it with his nieces and nephews. He’s a father of three who believes that if you do what you love as a career, you will never work a day in your life.
