When it comes to the album art on Drake's Nothing Was The Same, the rapper hopes to bring fans something they'll never forget.
Drake enlisted artist Kadir Nelson to paint two portraits of him - one of him as a child and the other as an adult. He tells MTV News that he chose the dual portraits in order to reflect his belief that his third album contains his "best recollection" of his life's journey.
While he's tried to tell that story on previous records, Drizzy says he never quite "got there all the way."
Nothing Was The Same is set to hit stores on September 24th.
