According to Courthouse News, singer-songwriter Kandi Burruss FINALLY filed a suit against former friend Kim Zolciak-Biermann for illegally licensing and distributing “Tardy For The Party,” with co-plaintiff Rodney Richard in Federal Court on Wednesday.
Federal court, y’all.
And the timing couldn’t be more perfect. The ladies are set to film the reunion show this week in Atlanta for the series.
Both ladies also have spin-off shows airing next month. Can’t we all just get along?
