Kanye West is teaming up with The Dream and Malik Yusef for his sixth solo album.

According to Hitfix.com, both rappers confirmed that 'Ye had enlisted them for his upcoming album.  Yusef says the album is a "throwback" to "black music" of the past.  He also calls it "a distillation of what's happening in the modern world."

He adds that working with Kanye can be "harsh" because the G.O.O.D. Music leader is such a perfectionist.

Meanwhile, The Dream was tight-lipped about the album.  However, he does hold high hopes for the album.  He says "hopefully we can get another Grammy together."

On Sunday, The Dream picked up his fourth Grammy for his work on Jay-Z and Kanye's "No Church in the Wild" featuring Frank Ocean.
