Chris Brown won't be facing charges for his recent fight with Frank Ocean, but he can't put it totally behind him - NBA star Tony Parker is using it as evidence in his lawsuit over that nightclub brawl.
Parker is suing the W.i.P. club, where his eye was injured last summer during a fracas between Breezy and Drake's entourages. Tony says this recent incident is further proof that Brown is a volatile person in social situations, and that club security should have known that and taken more precautions.
Parker is looking for $20 million in the suit.
