(WENN) - Jamie Foxx is facing legal action from a woman who alleges she was hurt when she tripped on a paving slab outside his home.
Catherine Jones is suing the actor over claims she injured herself by stumbling on the sidewalk during a party at his house last year.
In her lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court, Jones accuses Foxx of negligence by failing to properly maintain the strip.
According to TMZ, she is demanding the actor hand over at least $10,000 to cover her hospital expenses and other damages.
