Costee J is radio royalty in the River Region. The Tuskegee, Alabama native has had a paying job in radio since age 12. Getting his first job at a radio station in Tuskegee, he quickly made a name for himself in the industry, climbing as one of the top urban/hip hop Midday DJs in the market. From disc jockey to producer, Costee J has endless knowledge of the radio business that does not go without notice. One of his most notable honors of many includes being named “Tom Joyner’s DJ of the Year for Small Market Radio”. With a Master’s Degree in Communications, it’s no coincidence that when he is not at the radio station, you can catch him relaxing while reading and listening to music for his weekend Homegrown segment. Always striving to become better each day, Costee knows that while “it’s nice to be important, it’s more important to be nice.
For the past few years Keyshia Cole has been M.I.A. from the urban music scene. Fret not, she’s bringing her story back to reality television.
It was recently announced Cole will return to BETreality tv with a new show called Keyshia Cole: Family First. The show will focus on the new stage of life Keyshia has entered into. We will see her as she slips comfortably into the role of wife of NBA baller Daniel “Boobie” Gibson and as a mother to her toddler D.J. who is two years old.
